Genome Integrity Assay Reveals CNV Signature and Clonal Architecture

Tapestri Genome Integrity CNV analysis of Raji cells copy number variants (CNVs) on the p and q arms of several chromosomes in all cells. The analysis also uncovered CNVs that distinguish unique clones. Clone 2 has a unique copy gain on chromosome 2p and a loss on chromosome 9p, and Clone 3 has a copy gain of the entire chromosomes 7 and 20. The cells comprise 1 sample of a 3-sample multiplexed Tapestri run (n= 1,494 cells analyzed).
