Tapestri Single-cell DNA Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN) Published Panel was designed by the Piers Blombery Lab at Peter MacCallum Cancer Center. The MPN Published Panel is featured in a study published in Haematologica, “Clonal independence of JAK2 and CALR or MPL mutations in comutated myeloproliferative neoplasms demonstrated by single cell DNA sequencing.” Researchers investigated the clonal relationship of the JAK2 and CALR mutations and of the JAK2 and MPL mutations in MPN patients using single-cell mutation analysis of mononuclear cells.
REQUEST QUOTEAdvance your understanding of the genetic heterogeneity underpinning myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) by targeting 18 genes with 70 amplicons for single-cell sequencing. The MPN Published Panel is designed to target the most commonly mutated hotspots involved in MPN.
DOWNLOAD DATASHEETUse Tapestri Designer to add or remove content from existing catalog panels and make this panel your own with content that is relevant to your research. Or start from scratch and upload your human (hg19) or mouse (mm10) targets using gene names, genomic coordinates, or SNV IDs. Target anywhere in the whole human or mouse genome and advance your research with targeted single-cell DNA sequencing.
