How do you decipher and target clonal evolution in myeloid malignancies?

On World AML Day, we had the pleasure of being joined by Dr. Ross Levine of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to discuss the use of single-cell technology and how it has impacted research in AML. Dr. Levine discusses the importance of clonal evolution in the fight against myeloid malignancies and how this is uncovered directly using single-cell sequencing. He said that you need to go beyond bulk sequencing to understand clonal evolution, and that through clonal analysis, it is possible to intercept AML before it occurs.
