Dr. Lu is Vice President of Bioinformatics at Mission Bio. She has 20 years of experience in building computational solutions and products with expertise in novel platforms, molecular genomics and multi-omics data. Prior to joining Mission Bio, Dr. Lu was VP of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology in Ambry Genetics. She has developed clinical diagnostics products in CAP/CLIA settings for various applications and diseases in neurology, cardiology, and oncology. Dr. Lu obtained her PhD in Bioinformatics at University of Illinois at Chicago, and post-doctoral training in Mathematics and Center of Complex Biological Systems from University of California Irvine. She is also an active researcher and currently serves as a visiting professor in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Institute of Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
