Library Prep with Tapestri

A unique and robust two-step microfluidics workflow

Our patented two-step workflow and proprietary multiplex chemistry unlock access to DNA and more, allowing for high-throughput multi-omics analysis of single cells. Each droplet is discretely optimized for each reaction step: isolation of DNA in the first droplet, followed by targeted PCR of the DNA in the second droplet.
Tapestri Two-Step Workflow: Microfluidics first encapsulate the cells into droplets with a cocktail of lysis reagents to access the genomic DNA. After neutralizing the lysis reagents, the second step introduces PCR amplification reagents and barcoded beads to specifically amplify the targets of interest.
