In the second session of a three-part series, Dr. Robert Durruthy-Durruthy, from the Mission Bio Support Team, walks through secondary data analysis using the Tapestri Insights software, going in-depth into variant selection. Which variants are important? Either use pre-selected variants uploaded via a whitelist, or explore impactful variants that are in coding regions of genes or have been previously reported as pathogenic in one of several clinical databases.
