Webinar: Single-cell Genomics Reveals the Bases of Escape from Mutational Epistasis in Myeloid Neoplasms

Virtual
University of Michigan Webinar
July 19, 2021

Please join us on Monday, 19 July at 1:00 PM EDT for a virtual seminar with the University of Michigan to learn about single-cell DNA + protein sequencing.

How will you use single-cell sequencing in your research?

Topics include:
-General Tapestri Overview including SNV, CNV, and protein capabilities
-Hematology applications
-Dr. Taylor, assistant professor at the University of Miami, will discuss how he used the Tapestri platform to study genetic alterations that drive myeloid neoplasms

We look forward to seeing you there!

Speaker bios:

Justin Taylor M.D., Dr. Taylor is a physician-scientist invested in improving outcomes for patients with blood cancers. He is an Assistant Professor and member of the Cancer Epigenetics program at the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Taylor lab studies the role of recurrent mutations in hematologic malignancies and how to target them with novel therapeutics using animal modeling, molecular biology and single-cell genomic techniques.
