In oncology therapeutic development and clinical intervention, partial responses and relapse are common phenomena and a significant impediment to effective treatments for patients. As our understanding of the complex biology of cancers continues to increase, we know that a significant contributor to these effects lies in cancers harboring a diverse collection of cells with distinct and dynamic molecular profiles.
